From the moment we are born, and even before that, we become masters at the art of seeking. We seek for comfort, for food, for nourishment, for confirmation, for love, for appreciation…As needs and desires become apparent, consciously or unconsciously, we develop skills in hope that they will bring us towards the fulfillment of those needs.

And so we participate, heroes of our own myth, in the “Great Marathon”: a colorful journey of longing, lack and fulfillment that eventually translates itself into the magnificent dance of life, where the seeker ultimately never fulfills its purpose. And how could it be? If the seeker should reach its goal, would the seeker be needed at all? If the intention of the seeker would be achieved, what would then be its purpose in this vastly engaging universe? Would the artist paint? Would the musician play? Would the lovers dwell?

And so the seeker goes on, focused on its constantly changing goals, seemingly unaware of the magnificent ripple effects of its actions, creating a fabulous web of interconnectedness of cause and effect, action-reaction, emission-reception…infinitely fueled by lack and longing. In Buddhist terms, this is the cycle of samsara, where the seeker experiences a world of dualities and hence pain and pleasure, satisfaction and dissatisfaction in equal measure. This is a world of relative reality and relative truth created by the doubting capacity of the mind, that which presents us with dual possibilities in order to make choices.

And how does this happen? By presenting us with dual concepts such as right and wrong, good and evil, left or right, warm or cold. In this dual reality, we engage on and on our divine will into eternity.

And miraculously, by an inexplicable jolt of the heart, as human seekers we may become aware of the unsatisfying role we have been assuming, the role of the eternal looser in a cosmic joke. And we may ask, is this all? The seeker starts to awaken from its dull sleep.

Against all odds, as if the river could ever tire of its endless flow, so the seeker reflects: Can this wondrous creation be confined only to an infinite cycle of cause and effect?, Without choice?, Eternally condemned to long for the impossible attainment of timeless peace and satisfaction?

Spiritual masters from most traditions would say no. A new choice appears when the seeker is ready to hear.

Even though content seemed to bring with it the false promise of satisfaction, masters would say that only the realization of who we are in essence will bring the seeker in us to the peaceful end of its journey. Paradoxically, they would say that it is not the attainment of the content itself but ´finding who I am´ that is the true driving force behind every one of our actions.

So as innocent children we assume our birth given roles of godlike creators and on and on we manifest the most wondrous of material creations and subconsciously we ask, am I there? And propelled by a tireless fear of death we go on to experience the highest and the lowest of life and still we ask, am I there?

And on and on we search, turning every stone on our path, am I there? Peeling the skin of every experience, am I there? Scratching the surface of our relationships, am I there?

And as adding content had been the driving force in the life of the seeker so far, it is during the painful process of the stripping away of content that the seeker may start finding the answers.

The initially absurd world of duality has hence served its purpose: to present the seeker with enough pleasure and pain for the right answers to emerge in time, as well as the rise of a profoundly intimate determination: I no longer want to live in suffering and relative contentedness. I want endless joy, endless happiness, and endless satisfaction.

If this creation is allowing me to long for eternal joy, then there must be such! How else could I long for that which does not exist?

The importance of the experience of suffering must be acknowledged; the genius of the perfection of this whole manifestation. We may bow in awe at the supreme intelligence that supports our journey, where every piece of the puzzle is engaged in a loving conspiracy to awaken each one of us, in time, to our true self.

And so it is during moments when strong roles are stripped away, or loved ones part, or ideals and beliefs fall, that we may ask, who am I without this experience? And as we realize that every experience comes and goes without attaining a conclusion, we may ask, what is the nature of the experiencer? As I observe the futility of every experience, I may also observe the futile nature of every one of my thoughts and I may ask, what is the nature of the observer?

In this marvelous moment when the seeker is slowly awakening from its sleep, unconsciously or consciously, naturally some sacrifices are made. And once the train of awakening has departed, there is no way back to sleep and ignorance. Only the conscious recognition of the ultimate nature of the seeker will hold its attention. The seeker may try to fight against this impulse and be derailed for a while by those that fear this process or are unconscious themselves. But it is too painful to consciously choose ignorance, and hence, sooner or later, the seeker will have to retake its path.

Only a sense of absolute wonder and despair can describe this moment. The utter helplessness and sense of awe and frustration may drive the seeker into a sincere plead for guidance towards the path of liberation. Masters say that we may not seek for the Guru, but that the Guru will appear when the seeker is ripe. Sooner or later, the Guru, or bringer of light, the dispeller of ignorance, will undoubtedly present itself as a teaching and a competent teacher.

You are Brahman! You are joy itself! You are one without a second, you are all accomplished facts, you ARE happiness, happening every second, you are sadness, you are all emotions at once, you are the creator, at one with your creation, you ARE the creation itself! You are the cause of this universe, you are the manifest and unmanifest, you are pure potential, you ARE the total! You are self-evident, You are the seeker and the sought. All accomplishments have already been achieved!

So what then is the ultimate error? Why can’t we simply realize our grandiose nature on a day to day basis? Vedic texts would present a problem of cognition, where we look with limited tools into the nature of who we are.

Humanity has cycled for hundreds of thousands of years in a wheel of confusion ignited by a level of consciousness way inferior to our full capacity as human beings. Why this has come to be so, we may never know, although there are some fascinating theories that could be discussed on other posts.

This inferior level of consciousness is reined by the mind, and its limited means of knowledge for gaining understanding: perception and ignorance. The Vedas claim to have not been born out of the human intellect and was shown to the seers 5000 years ago in order to awaken humanity from its dark ages. They were therefore presented as an external means of knowledge, in the form of a vast work of literature that addresses every aspect of life; both materially and spiritually.

As well as sacred texts, other teachings and practices aim at enlightening us into this process of recognition. Either through the path of listening and understanding or through the path of experience; such as the tantric path, where human levels of consciousness may actively be engineered to expand in the hope that an experience of such mental transcendence will be attained that, naturally, the understanding of our true nature will instantly be gained.

These two paths have grown exponentially in parallel, in some ways in contradiction to each other. It is not my intention in this page to discuss the differences or personal preferences among them. That, we can explore together at a later stage.

Most traditions, however, agree that to start walking the path of liberation, one must start disassociating with the mind and its byproducts (perceptions of reality and emotions that drive our individual choices).

This is one of the primary goals of meditation; the observation of the flow of thoughts, sensations and emotions that rise up as content in the always peaceful, spacious presence of the observer.

The subtle space between the in breath and the out breath, the twilight zone between the sleep state and awakening, the peaceful interval between thought waves, the silence between the musical notes of a melody, the almost imperceptible experience of the NOW between thoughts that project into the future or dwell in the past; all these point at our transcendental nature as the peaceful, uninvolved observer: our Shiva nature in Hinduism, our nature as the void in Buddhism.

And when one speaks of transcendental, one speaks of that which transcends the ordinary mind and the sense of small self created by it, also called the ego in Jungian psychology.

Identifying oneself with the observer repetitively creates a pillar of serenity where one may return to again and again, developing a detached relationship to experiences; where contents retain its beauty but no longer have a hold on us. As we realize ourselves beyond content, we may experience pleasure and pain but we no longer look for our true nature in the experience; we have possessions, but they no longer possess us. Where attachment to content is released, so are the strongly binding desires and aversions.

Reactions are minimized. In a sense we have become liberated, free from the world of content.

From the point of the observer, believes appear as devoid of weight as the innocent journey of a feather in midair.

The objective person is witnessing the fundamental problem without reaction. The madness of the human condition is understood: the slavery to the binding beliefs, desires and aversions that culminate in wars and other indirect actions. These cause temporal satisfaction at the expense of the suffering of others; turning a blind eye to the violent reality of misery amongst a world created in abundance for all.

I hope you are following me up until here.

According to this stage in meditation we would live in a dual world, where observer and the observed (the experience and the experiencer) are eternally separate from each other. Hence we would become increasingly detached from the world, aloof, separated and, again, alienated.

However, masters have spoken over millennia about the existence of oneness with all manifestation, where observer and the observed blend creating a non-dual masterpiece. Even now in recent times we have scientific proof through Quantum Physics that the observer and the observed are intrinsically related; two sides of the same coin.

Seeker! You are the sought! You are happiness itself! All concepts must fall, also the observer must be dropped!

The masters would say that in the same way as the ocean and the wave are made of H20, so are the experience and the experiencer made of pure consciousness. The witness awareness, pure potential, pure creativity that is in and through all manifestation and the unmanifest that rests as seed from. THAT we are!

Of course, for this to become a truly transformative realization, which may transform every cell in our body; guidance, practice, devotion, faith and determination are needed. Or else, this would become a mere intellectual pursuit and yet another accumulation of concepts; yet one more creation of the mind and another trip of the egoic self in pursuit of power and recognition.

……

In this caleidoscopic exposition of this wondrous manifestation, each one of us arises as the protagonist of the show, a concretization of our own existence into form, intrinsically part of the total, but so deceivingly dramatic in appearance that we become absorbed in the illusion of separation.

In recognizing our expansive transcendental nature, the reactive attitude that the constricted sense of self creates towards life dissolves and gives way to a participative attitude; a participator in life that peacefully responds through choice, in full trust, rather than reacting from fear and desire.

To me, to live in a state of harmony is to live in a way that compassionately understands the limitations of our minds, which fail to realize the non-dual nature of our existence, thus causing separation, confusion and suffering. To live in harmony is to live in awe at the upmost mystery of our essence as the all-pervading pure consciousness.

As we walk this paradoxical pathless path, a growing clarity undoubtedly emerges organically. In a growing state of fullness and happiness without a reason, we may go on and experience ourselves as godlike creators, eternally splashing our personal touch of color in infinite ways on the blank canvas of manifestation.

I love you all.

Unless you have been living in a bunker for the last two years, you may have received a range of news, from a faint idea that things are changing to an avalanche of end of the world prophesies.

So why now? What is it that these times are carrying that is turning the internet and other media into some kind of prophesy-frenzy madness? How am I expected to deal with the myriad of theories on political world domination? Are they true? Should I care? Is something really going on? How am I supposed to put all this to good use?

When looking through the different characters of these seemingly unrelated topics, one can make a separation into five main areas: 1) astronomical predictions of events that may put the safety of the planet at risk, 2) theories on secret political and financial agendas, 3) pleads to nurture and shift the current natural state of the plane and of its bio-diversity, 4) the advent of economical collapse and, finally, 5) prophetic theories that relate all these ideas to each other.

There is another important trend that aims at inviting us to reflect upon the existence of extraterrestrial life and the disclosure of the information that has for decades been kept secret to the public. This is a fascinating subject that has to first pass the filter of your ridicule. Aware that it might be too early on in the blog for this, I will postpone this subject for later. Watch this space!

On the first group we find pole shifts, near-miss cosmic journeys of comets and meteorites that threaten to crash onto the Earth, solar flares that may fry up and cancel all technological communication as well as increasing the probability for volcanic eruptions and earthquakes or causing seemingly random effects on our psyche and health leading to depression, heart attacks, a sense of despair or even broken relationships. We have Nibiru and Planet X and Comet Elenin, all bringing forth theories of physical danger upon Earth but also considered bearers of positive change that on the longer run will bring forth an evolution on our consciousness.

On the second group we have the conspiracy theorists informing us about the possible secret agenda for world domination by a selected powerful small sector of the population. This agenda on world domination has as possible outcomes the imposition of a new world order, the further control of the population as well as its forceful decrease in number.

We also find in this group, documentaries that aim at educating us on the mechanisms of the financial system we are ignorantly participating in. These last ones are raising fascinating topics such as the modern time slavery that has been imposed on us, the myth of democracy, loop holes on the judiciary system that lead to manipulation, as well as the de-idealization of the concept of capitalism.

Next we find a group of esthetically designed documentaries on the dangers that we have imposed on our planet with the consumption madness, greed and selfish behavior of a living organism that has grown by 3 billion since 1974. Human beings are showing symptoms equivalent to those of cancer cells which divide and grow uncontrollably and eventually end up invading other tissues and nesting comfortably with a disregard of their surroundings. In this group, human beings are being blamed by such events as the global warming of the planet and consequently the irreparable extinction of 10-30% of its bio-diversity.

Within this same sector we find a group that envisions planet Earth as a living organism, which may be punishing us for our selfish actions and encouraging us to abandon our childish behavior and to grow.

On the fourth group we have predictions on the entire economical collapse affecting millions of lives. This period of financial degradation has been an eye opener to many like myself, realizing the absolute insanity of the economical system we are living in, which encourages the rich to get more rich at the extend of the majority.

This is a system that is sustainable only under the expectation of infinite growth at the expense of finite natural resources. A system that envisions abundance only for a selective few, dependent on the hypnosis of the 99% of the population who slave away for either survival or consumption, which in turn feeds back to this insane system.

The madness of the whole game has reached its peak when recently we have received pleads of rich political leaders to the entire population to keep on consuming, or to turn the volume up on our consumption madness, on a desperate attempt to keep the parody running for a little longer.

In this sector we find smaller, fascinating groups that are proposing new ideas such as alternative forms of currency and the design of an economical system that works with the finite and cyclical resources of the planet as well as a fairer distribution of wealth.

Last but not least we have the fourth group with fascinating theories such as the Vedic Yuga system, the Mayan Calendar and the Hopi prophesies, which envision our existence in this planet as one with the rest of manifestation and therefore connected to many cycles apparent in the cosmos and nature. These prophesies maintain that human history is partaking (just as the stars and the rest of manifestation does) on its natural and inevitable evolution towards higher forms of consciousness. Even though evolution is natural, the flavor of our individual experience of it will be determined by our wiliness to grow.

As you can see, the list is no less than fascinating.

None of these theories could hit the masses without the existence of the internet. Most of the written press and TV channels are closely related to the government or to political parties and therefore strongly lean towards one particular viewpoint. This often causes the degradation of the quality of the information we receive and hence leads to subtle manipulation and violation of our rights and our freedom.

The internet, on the other hand is, so far, mostly free speech. We are not sure how long this will continue to be so, many efforts are being made to end the era of open cyber-communication. These efforts will continue, especially when ripple effects on society increase, such as the cases of rebellious uprisings in the Middle East and the recent Occupy Wall Street movement.

Whether all these theories are true, partly true or false, the main observation I extract is the fact that we are in a state of rapid change; we want to change. And not only change, but evolve. The number of theories and prophesies that are urging us to do so with one pretext or the other, as well as the number of its followers, make it evident to me that we are no longer happy with the current state of affairs.

Dissatisfaction may be a signature quality of the unrealized man, but the difference now is that we are acknowledging our power to exert this change, to demand this change. We demand the freedom to change.

Interestingly, as we are demanding the witnessing of change on the outside, a smaller group is also passionately taking the streets of their own individual psyche with demands of a more mature viewpoint on who they are in essence.

As our fists continue to triumphantly come up in the air and force may be finally used to conclude demonstrations, after all the enemies have been named, the veil of illusion may fall, realizing that there is no such thing as ‘me versus them’ and that so long as we perceive our lives as separate from that of our counter parts there will be no solution. As we open up to the bird´s eye view that this miraculous manifestation is not here to satisfy our individual needs, greed and selfish concerns, we realize that, instead, it forms a fascinating web of connectedness that is organically growing towards the evolution of its consciousness; whether we agree to it or not.

In comparison to that, the state of affairs that we are currently living in will continue to lead us on to a feeling of an unbearable lightness of being, general dissatisfaction and the blaming of others.

As a personal note, I would like to say that I support with awe the great numbers of people that are risking their lives to demand a ruling class that walks with dignity on the razor´s edge of justice, which represents high ethical values and pursues abundance and freedom for all.

I support with even more admiration, however, that smaller group of people who are, against all odds, taking charge of their army within and have as their goal the ultimate challenge: their victory upon themselves.

For most, the recognition that we are a planet, floating in an infinite space, is hardly a recurrent thought throughout our busy days. Yogis would say that the filter between our conscious and subconscious mind gages our immediate needs and determines the feeding of thoughts from the subconscious through to the conscious mind in order to keep ourselves focused on the task at hand, mainly concerned with survival.

So even if our subconscious mind has the immense capacity to store every thought and experience we have had so far to the minutest detail (even of our peripheral vision!), we still only manage to concern ourselves with the trivialities of life. And as we think about these thoughts over and act upon them, we reinforce them in a way that gives them an extra point for them to be allowed into our consciousness again in the future.

Those thoughts that don’t make it through to our conscious mind are considered by the filter dangerous for our survival and will induce fear if forced through. Hence the fear that we may sometimes feel when invited to ponder on our cosmic reality. During certain unexpected moments of shock or trauma or inspiration, these stored thoughts might leak through, bringing those glorious ‘Aha!’ moments.

But whether we ponder about the cosmos or not, it is a reality. Astronomers have so far only been able to envision a tiny part of the universe. Recently, advancements have been made where more powerful technologies have been able to zoom further into what we have considered as empty space and have found trillions of galaxies like ours as well as black holes. Every dot in the sky could well be a sun like ours with planets orbiting around it.

For planets to hold themselves for eons in space there has to be a relationship of attraction and retraction of force between them and another mass that they rotate around to. Even being in imaginably large distances, planets are able to exert such a magnificent influence on each other. Imagine the force necessary to retain the mass of our precious planet Earth in position for centuries and maybe even infinitely.

The fact that planets and stars exert a strong influence, not only on the overall mass of the other planets, but also on the life that resides in it, is not a new idea. The sun is vital for growth and vitality and also exerts an influence on our emotions; the moon affects the waters as well as our psyche and bio-cycles. In many cultures seeds are planted at a specific time in the year when the stages of either the moon or other planets exert a particular benefit on the growth of that crop. Same goes with its harvest. In this way, the birth of the plant, now in seed form, is strongly influenced by the cosmic organization at that particular time and will therefore determine its qualities in the future.

I’m sure you know where I’m going with this.

The same as the seed determines its qualities by the position of the stars and the planets in the sky, so do we when we are brought to manifestation into physical form in this life. Of course DNA and genes also have a strong say on how we will manifest in this life time, and a lot of this will also be chiseled by our experiences as we grow along, but still the impact of our planetary surroundings is of enough importance to take into consideration.

Most people, when asked about astrology will know of their star sign or sun sign or even their moon sign or ascendant. Whether or not Taureans are stubborn, Geminis are airy, Virgos are tidy or Pisces are creative. Many of us may have been exposed to cheap astrology readings that sound generic enough to be applied to every person on this planet and hence we have become untrusting of this amazing discipline. Others may have encountered a true expert on astrology that has been able to read us through in a holistic way and guide us through to understand the hidden lessons during difficult moments in our lives.

But few will know of a planet that exerts its powerful effect on us several times in our lifetime, creating enough unsettlement and opportunities for growth to be able to literally transform our inner and outer worlds in a few years.

During our moment of birth, planets in space where forming a particular geometry that defined, to an extent, our inner and outer worlds in this life time. After some larger and shorter cycles, each planet will eventually return to its original position, creating a feeling of completion and rebirth.

Saturn takes 29 years to make one magnificent orbit across the heavens around the sun. His slow dance across the zodiac is owed to the fact that Saturn is one of the farthest planets out in our solar system.

If you have ever had the chance to see this gorgeous planet through a telescope you may be immediately convinced of its majesty and confidence in power. As you zoom in further its stunning ring becomes fully alive and reverberates with energy and strength.

The first time I saw Saturn through a telescope was coincidently during its return to my house and I had a strong sense of its pull towards me. I envisioned it winking at me confidently, the ever seeing eye, witnessing during my transformation, knowingly anticipating the alchemic journey I was being part of.

Between the 27th anniversaries up to the early 30s, each of us will go through a transformative process of a very sublime quality, whether conscious or unconscious, subtle or gross. In Indian mythology Saturn is a god that causes untold troubles at least once a lifetime, it’s seen as the bringer of fear and calamities in life and is greatly respected and bowed to. It is said that Saturn has the power to strip you naked in the name of Truth.

Saturn is the symbol of the physical plane and manifests for evolutionary purposes. Fear is our reaction to any threat to our sense of security or well-being.

For those that already accomplished an evolutionary step into maturity and an inclination towards profound and spiritual realms, one may experience a ‘good’ Saturn, giving patience, good observation and an ability to work hard. A ‘bad’ Saturn, on the other hand makes a person depressed, an escapist, lazy, quarrelsome, sorrowful, irresponsible creatures with tendencies towards drug abuse and alcohol.

Practically the return of bad Saturn may mean a sense of cracking down of all that holds us safe. Relationships may crumble, work may become difficult, economical matters challenging, mental and psychological health may suffer.

In our modern times the Saturn Return has been famed by the Club of the 27, the trademark year when many musicians have died of drug and alcohol abuse such as Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain and recently Amy Winehouse amongst many others.

But far from being a mercenary, Saturn´s visit comes paved with good intention that, if consented to, will make us jump the cliff of childhood into the immense wealth of opportunities of our adult lives. By stripping us of our comfort zone, Saturn demands an evolution of consciousness towards more mature forms of thinking and acting, a spiritual awakening that will shatter our illusions about our limitations as material beings.

Whether or not you were aware of this at this age, you may recall a beginning and an end in your life in this period. For others, like me, who were stubbornly and ignorantly clinging to the past and refusing to grow, will suffer through this period, only to be presented with the greatest gifts at the end of the tunnel.

The following Saturn returns to your house through this life time will also have a strong influence on your life experience, but its first return is considered the strongest and most fascinating of all.

But it´s good to know that if you are currently going through a tumultuous phase, whereas it’s the consequence of a specific cosmic condition, or a consequence of your previous actions, or the actions of others, it may the perfect opportunity to come face to face with the director of the movie and enter a transformative journey within.

As far as I´m concerned, even though my Saturn has returned and already started travelling again away from me, it has however now jumped to the position of the ruler of my chart for the next 20 years!

Needless to say that I am holding tight and getting ready for a hell and heaven of a ride.

We have all had moments of looking at the stars on a clear night, or witnessing the sunset by the ocean, having the recognition that we are floating in space, those rose-tinted first moments when falling in love, or staring at the eyes of a baby, or an ecstatic state during love making. Moments that transport us, consciously or unconsciously, to a timeless place filled with owe and wonder at the miracle we are all witnessing and participating in, moment by moment.

More often than not these experiences don’t last long and immediately after we become distracted back to the mundane perception of the world, its trials and tribulations, back to the ever consuming thoughts about our own identity and the society we live in; allowing our own desires and fears to run the show in our lives, back to investing our awareness into the past or the future.

And so most of us go on, run by these desires and fears, two sides of the same coin, having ever fleeting moments of contentedness when desires are satisfied or fears are ignored or overcome; only until the next desires arise and again, feeling compelled to act upon them; restlessly, in spite of us, incessantly, unconsciously.

For most there is an indifference towards this “world of Samsara” or even a sense of relative satisfaction similar to that of a victim who falls in love with its kidnapper. There is a fear or maybe no interest to make any changes. And therefore, in spite of the pain involved, they keep themselves in a state of inertia that is common to the great majority of humanity.

No doubt that some in this group may recognize themselves in this majority. Needless to say that there is no wrong in being here, there are no absolute rights or wrongs, good and evils in this world other than in our own conditioned minds. Indeed there is also a possibility for relative happiness in this situation, which may even mesmerize and engage us for a very long time. But still, in my understanding, it may be a case of settling for copper when one can have gold.

For others (like myself) this state of affairs becomes unbearable, developing depression, obsessions, anxiety attacks, compulsive disorders, paralyzing insecurities and a general lack of sense and purpose in life that may later result in some physical illnesses such as anemia, obesity, cancer, and so on.

More often than not we may go on, seemingly satisfied by the whole process with a relatively easy ability to satisfy the hungry ghosts of our subconscious until, suddenly, we are struck by an event that crashes us down and takes us deep into a state of despair and separation, no longer able to run the errands of our desires and consumed by our restless fearful thoughts.

It is during this precious moment that one may come face to face with the marionettes behind the puppet show, start recognizing the cracks in our own human existence so far. It is during this perfect moment in solitude with the director of the movie, after all the tears had been shed, that one may start forming such surprisingly complex questions such as, What for? Who am I living for? What is life all about? Is this all there is? Are you kidding me? Where do I come from? Where am I going? Who am I?

If this questioning persists, friends may stop calling, family may stop understanding, our boss may stop being funny, you may be suggested a shrink or you may console your yearning with yet more drugs, or alcohol, or food, or shopping, or sex…or all of them at once.

In other cases one may live in denial until death or until no longer able to stand the depths of this questioning and the not knowing.

For other lucky ones, the moments of awe and admiration may be so mesmerizing and powerful that they already feel the need to recreate these experiences and, maybe eventually, start asking questions about the nature of these gloriously mysterious moments, without having to go through the heart wrenching initial carousels of the more stubborn souls.

In other cases (also like myself) some may feel that a guiding hand mystically brings them to meet a book, or a master, or a teacher, an event, or even a personal experience that quick-starts their quest for more.

Each case has a different flavor and brings about different initial realizations but in any case, I feel they eventually and gradually lead to the inevitable existential questioning; Who am I?

The awakening of the existential warrior, the opening of Pandora’s box, the arising of the subtle recognition that resides in our “heart” and propels us again and again to a fascinating journey of self discovery.

In most cases, as the warrior awakens, our resonance changes, attracting interesting synchronicities that hence literally transform our lives at such a pace that some may consider incautious, in some state of ecstatic thirst for understanding, empowered by the mantra “I must know who I am”.

In my particular case, I felt compelled to abandon all that I knew behind and set on a world tour that I would define as my “blank canvas” journey, understanding that there was no longer any choice to remain in the comfort zone of my old life-style; my mind had to be virtually emptied for the new to arrive.

So this is the story of a normal person, going through an existential quest that is eventually apparent in most human beings sooner or later, willing to share the challenges and pearls found along the “pathless path” towards self-realization.
